Ultra-wideband Frequency Doublers


Utilizing the ultra-wideband balun, numerous types of ultra-wideband frequency doublers have been developed, and are being developed. As an example, UWDM-4T40G allows an input signal of 2~20 GHz, and doubles the signal to produce of 4~40 GHz with conversion loss. The following graphs are an example of circuit and block diagrams for the ultra-wideband doublers. Other configurations are also possible to implement the ultra-wideband frequency doublers.
